Sebastian Stenhøj is premiering his newly written and directed play “The Adventures of Elizabeth Finkelstein: A Non-Tragedy in Three Acts” at the Roy E. Disney Family Pavilion in Sherman Oaks on April 30th! Hopefully we’ll have some pictures form the event to post the following week.

Hey everyone, it’s finally here! Body Basics is now available for purchase on Amazon.com. We shot a this video for fitness trainer Jeffrey Bomberger back in December.
